This beautiful leather handbag is handmade and modeled on archaeological finds from Hedeby (also called Haithabu), the main Viking settlement on the Jutland peninsula which is close to the German town of Schleswig.
The genuine leather handbag is made from medium-brown vegetable tan leather with handles made from natural coloured pine or palisander wood and a natural colour hemp cord. The cord is approx 140cm long and can be easily adjusted to be shorter.
